We pull comps from multiple sources to build a pricing strategy based on real-time market data, not estimates. When your property goes live, the price reflects what renters in Scottsdale are actually paying right now for comparable units, not what a website guesses it might be worth.

Weekly check-ins and fast adjustments. Once the property is on the market, we're watching it closely. We run weekly check-ins to track how many showings are coming in and whether those showings are converting to applications. If we're getting a lot of traffic and no applications, that tells us something. If we’re not getting showings, or we are getting a lot of showings but no one is applying, we adjust quickly so the property doesn’t sit.
